We accept reservations on the day until 12:00PM.
We will not be able to accept reservations if we are fully booked.
Check-in must be done between 3 to 6PM, and check-out must be done until 11AM.

Please be aware that we may not be able to provide dinner service if you arrive later than 7PM, which is the latest time dinner can start.

Since we conduct a cleaning process between check-out and check-in, all guests can enter the building only after 2:30PM. After this time, you can wait in our lobby until check-in.
Yes, we can keep your luggage before check-in. However, please note that guests can enter the building only after 2:30PM.
Infants and toddlers cannot stay at Fujiiso. Due to our age policy, we only allow guests who are 6 years old and above. *
*Superior twin room Yamazakura and Suite room Fuji can be only used by guests who are 13 years old and above.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
7 days before: 30%
6 days before: 80%
2 days before: 100%
No-show: 100%
If you wish to take photos or videos and post it on social media, please ask the staff or contact us in advance.
Please refrain from taking photos or videos of other guests or staff.
Taking photos or videos in the public bath area is strictly prohibited, and please do not bring any photo or video shooting equipment into the area, including smartphones.
We will report to the police immediately if we find any of the actions mentioned above.
Since the building faces the valley, there are rooms that can be accessed only by using the stairs.
If you would like a room without stairs, please contact us in advance.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building.

The quality of the hot spring and its effects are as follows
Hot spring quality: Sulfur-containing sodium and calcium chloride spring

The public bath cannot be reserved. If you would like to have a private bath, we recommend booking Superior twin room Yamazakura or Suite room Fuji, as there is a private onsen within the room area.

Please come to the 4th floor dining area for meals.
We do not offer in-room dining.

Yes. Please let us know how many people are allergic to what food at least 3 days in advance if you have any food allergies.
Please note that we cannot accommodate meals other than those who have allergies.
If you do not notify us in advance and inform us at check-in, we will provide the meals by excluding what you are allergic to.
We cannot accommodate soy allergies, wheat allergies, halal, or other religious meals.

Take the Nagano Electric Railway Line (Nagaden) from Nagano Station to Suzaka Station. From Suzaka Station, you can take a bus to Fujiiso.

There is a special deal taxi service between Nagano Station and Fujiiso, which is a different taxi service from the ones that are stationed regularly near Nagano Station.
The fare will be ¥8,000 for a one way trip.*
The taxi driver will meet you near the Nagano Station ticket gate holding a sign with your name on it.
*We will need to book a large taxi for guests who have more than 3 carry-on size luggage (Size dimensions: 55x40x23cm; approx. 35L), or guests who would like to have more space in the car.
A large taxi will be +¥800 to the fare above.
This service has to be booked at least 3 days in advance of your reservation date. Please let us know your train arrival time and train number (i.e. Asama 631, Kagayaki 519,etc.) so that we can tell you where to meet the driver.
Please be aware that since this service is used by many of our guests, there may be a possibility that we may not be able to arrange it if the reservation date is too close.
There are 3 ways to get to Snow Monkey from Fujiiso:
1） Take a round-trip taxi
Take a taxi directly to Snow Monkey Parking lot and then walk to the park. The fare will be about ¥35,000 in total.
2） Take the bus and train
Yamada Onsen bus stop (closest bus stop to Fujiiso)-> Suzaka Station (by bus)
Suzaka Station -> Yudanaka Station (by train)
Yudanaka Station -> Snow Monkey Park (by bus)
3） Take a taxi from Fujiiso to Obuse Station, and then take the train and bus
Obuse Station -> Yudanaka Station (by train)
Yudanaka Station -> Snow Monkey Park (by bus)
